Proof of income required for monthly pet pantry participants. Approval for the program is valid for one year; we will contact participants when their expiration date is approaching. You will be contacted via the phone number or email you provided if you are approved or denied for the Monthly Pet Pantry. Pet Pantry Participants understand that they may not adopt,breed, buy, or otherwise acquire new pets while on the program. This progam is designed to help low income owners care for the pets already in the home, and should not be used to afford new pets. ONE APPROVED APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD. Cat Colony Caretakers must be actively TNRing cats and must provide proof of trap/neuter/return (whether through personal vet, Holly Help, shelter program, Margaret B Mitchell, etc). If Caretakers are not a part of a TNR program, they will allow our asisstance to help get the colony spayed or neutered. Owners must be attempting to have all pets in the home fixed. Breeding (accidental or not) is not allowed while on the Pet Food Pantry. Participants understand that they must not be a part of any other pet food pantry, nor are they to gift/sell any pet supplies provided to them. Participants understand this food is donated and they accept this food at their own risk. AMP is a nonprofit charity run by volunteers and is under no obligation to provide food/supplies and violation of the rules will result in being removed from the program.
